Logistics

In-person and evening telehealth sessions are private pay only. In-person sessions occur in Fairfax, VA.

Superbills can be made available upon request for your reimbursement from insurance.

Insurance sessions are limited and availability shifts often. These sessions are telehealth only.

All appointments are 53 minutes in length.


Group Therapy

Perinatal Groups

Seeking community? Struggling to think your way into motherhood? Join us weekly for in person groups on Saturday mornings beginning in your second trimester and running through the fourth trimester. Group includes guest speakers from nutritionists, yogis, and doulas.

Mothering Groups

Experiencing overwhelming reactions? Resenting the mental load? Join us for weekly in person groups designed for working mothers. Topics include sharing the emotional labor, curating the algorithm, and reclaiming identity together. Cohorts run on Saturdays for twelve weeks.

Next cohort kicks off April 20th at 8pm and runs weekly.

Mothering for Life

Is your child struggling in adulthood? Are you having difficulties supporting without carrying? This group is for mothers of adult children who are high need (whether due to neurospicy diagnoses or limitations) and aims to provide community as well as coping.

Next cohort kicks off May 11th at 9pm and runs weekly.
